Our 3 Day/2 Night Wilderness Beach Camping Adventure is the best way to spend 3 magical days on this paradise island called K’gari. You know it as Fraser Island but after 2 nights on the beach, camping under the stars you’ll see the island’s magic and know why this special places has long been called K’gari.
Our tours are unforgettable for all the right reasons because sharing such an amazing place with wonderers like you is what we love to do and luckily for us, we’re pretty good at it. As equally important to us as great customer service is respecting the land and it’s traditional owners. A lot of the magic that we share with you on tour comes from the teachings of our First Nations People and it is our honour to be able to share it with you.
Our 3 Day tour features all the quality camping gear you need, fully automatic vehicles, a packed itinerary, heaps of activities, lots of super fresh yummy food and a passionate tour guide. Our wilderness camp us also equipped with a toilet, 2 showers, fresh water and big cool boxes for your beers too!
During our 3 Day Adventure we'll visit the following:
Lake McKenzie - Swim in Fraser Island’s most famous lake, possibly the world’s most famous lake; crystal clear Lake McKenzie. This freshwater lake averages between 22º and 27º and is surrounded by a white silica sand beach and eucalypt forest, it’s picture perfect.
Indian Head - A beautiful headland located on the east coast of K’gari – Fraser Island. A sacred place to be respected and admired for its amazing 360º view. From here you can spot an abundance of marine life and if you happen to be visiting at the right time of year it’s THE SPOT to see Humpback Whales from Fraser Island.
Maheno Shipwreck - Learning about the journey of the historical Maheno Shipwreck before she came to rest on the island is one of the most fascinating stories you will hear on your Fraser Island tour with us. This rusty old shipwreck has had many lives and even hosted a wonky wedding after she ran aground, but now she lays to rest where some say, she belongs.
Central Station - The rainforest on Fraser Island is the kind of place that we read about it in mythical books. A magical forest that has a voice of her own, towering trees that sway with the breeze and animals that make strange noises. This is the heart of K’gari, where dinosaur plants survive and rainforest thrives.
Champagne Pools - About 70km north of our Wilderness camp, the bubbling Champagne Pools are simply irresistible. It’s the only place that you can safely swim in the ocean on Fraser Island and it’s crystal clear. With lots of little fishes to spot too, it’s a natural aquarium so feel free to bring your snorkel mask but it’s not essential.
Eli Creek - Eli Creek is the largest freshwater creek on the east coast of Fraser Island. A natural lazy river, this pristine creek is great for a refreshing swim all year round. With a constant temperature of 18º it’s the best wake up on a hot day and beats any hangover cure that we’ve ever heard of ha!
Lake Wabby - Lake Wabby is the island’s hidden little gem. Buried deep in the bush you have to take a 2.5 km hike through sand dunes and bush tracks just to be able to get to the lake. Home to some rather large catfish, Lake Wabby is unlike any other lake on the island, it’s the emerald jewel in the island’s crystal crown of lakes.
75 Mile Beach - 75 Mile Beach is, well it’s a road. It’s the island highway and you’ll travel all of it during your 3 Day Tour. An 80km highway of stunning coastal line, 75 Mile Beach has to be the most scenic drive you’ll ever take.
Cooloola National Park - By starting or ending your tour in Noosa you get the chance to take the scenic drive down Rainbow Beach, past the beautiful coloured sands. This drive is only available on a low tide and is subject to weather conditions. Otherwise, you get to drive through the beautiful Cooloola National Park which usually involves seeing a few Kangaroos!
And more - Only when in Australia… if you’re holidaying or travelling in the land down under, you are bound to have a bucket list of things that you need to experience. Learning to play an authentic Didgeridoo and throwing a Boomerang has to be right up there. Well on our tour you can do both and the fun doesn’t stop there. We also have heaps of beach games, cards and even Jumbo Jenga at our camp!
Your Accommodation:
Beach Cabins accommodation. Shared room (max 6) or upgrade to a private room for Twin and Queen options. All linens including shower towels are included in all room types.
Food:
Packed with healthy goodness, our menu is designed to keep you feeling great throughout your adventures with us. A fresh deli lunch is lovingly prepared for you daily as well as 2 very tasty dinners; an Aussie BBQ and Chicken/Vege Stir Fry. And a healthy brekky with eggs, toast, cereals and hot drinks is served at the camp on the morning of each day’s adventure.
The Vehicles
If our experience has taught us anything it’s that Toyota Landcruisers are the best! With a fleet of these beasty trucks, we are confident in saying that our 4WD’s are some of the easiest to drive off road. With an automatic transmission and in constant 4WD you can let your hair down and have some fun as you cruise along the beach in one of our Drop Bear Landcruisers.

What should I pack?
Depending on where in Australia or New Zealand you decide to visit, your luggage will vary. For exact information please visit the "What to bring" section of each tour page.
What immunisations do I need?
For the latest information on immunisations, we strongly recommend you or contact the Travellers Medical and Vaccination Centre (www.traveldoctor.com.au) to discuss health requirements for your trip. They will advise you about appropriate inoculations.
Do I need to take any medical supplies?
It is not necessary to bring any medical supplies other than any personal items you may require. Each tour will carry an first aid box and our guides are all certified in First Aid.
How much luggage can I take?
We don't have an exact policy when it comes to luggage though we just ask our customers to be mindful that we have limited space. Generally we recommend people to bring a large backpack/suitcase with all their gear and another smaller backpack to keep on the bus for daily items ( phone, water bottle, towel, sunscreen etc ) and to take on walks. If you have a lot of luggage it's best to leave the things you don't need at your hotel/hostel where they will store it for free until your return. If you are unsure, please contact us.
Where can I store my luggage whilst on tour?
During the tour your main luggage will be stored in our trailer. This trailer is always locked however we cannot guarantee the complete safety of your gear from theft or damage. This is why it is so important to purchase a good travel insurance. If you need to store your luggage whilst away on tour, this can be done through your accommodation. Most hostel and hotels will store your luggage safely free of charge.
Will I be able to do any laundry whilst on tour?
For camping tours there will be no time to do laundry. However, for longer cross country tours involving hostel or hotel style accommodation you may have the opportunity to wash your clothes.
Do I need a sleeping bag?
For all camping tours require you to have a sleeping bag. If you don't have one they may be available for hire via the "join tour" button.
How fit do I need to be?
Our tours are made to be fun, informative and active and can be enjoyed by anyone with a moderate degree of fitness and agility. Travellers should be comfortable with hiking/walking up to 5km each day.
Do I need travel insurance?
Insurance is important in protecting visitors from loss or damange of goods, medical problems, cancelation by passengers or other casualties. Its highly recommended. Some tours on this website require you to have travel insurance. If you are Australian then it is not necessary.
Can I get online whilst travelling?
For tours incorporating hostel/hotel style accommodation you may have the opportunity to use wireless internet or use of nearby internet cafe. If you have a mobile plan with internet then that should be ok except for more remote regions. This will vary from tour to tour so please contact us directly for more accurate information.
Will I be able to use my mobile whilst on tour?
You can use your mobile while touring in Australia or New Zealand, but coverage may be limited in remote areas. For best connectivity, consider purchasing a local SIM card or an international roaming plan.

Booking the trip
Do I have to book this tour online?
Definitely not. Our website is designed to make is easy and convenient for you to schedule your tour. However we understand sometimes its nice to talk to someone directly. So by all means give us a call and we can organise your trip over the phone.
If I book more than one tour can I get a discount?
Absolutely! If you are booking multiple tours then we may be able to offer you a discount. Send us an email at info@lostinaustralia.org and let us know what you thinking of doing and we can put together a price for you.Also, be sure to look out for monthly specials on tours. We often have some great bargains.
How do I know when a tour is available?
You can check the departure dates of tours by using our calendar on the top right hand corner of the tour page. This will tell you what days the tour departs. For availability of seats please contact us directly at info@lostinaustralia.org or call us.
Can I just do a section of this tour and not the whole trip?
Unfortunately it is not possible to only do a part of the tour. Passengers generally need to stay with the tour from start to finish.However, drop off locations at the end of the tour made me negotiated.
Does the tour price include flights?
No. Tour prices do not include any travel arrangements other than for the duration of the tour itself. If you need assistance with booking flights or buses our travel team and certainly help - Just ask!
How far in advance do I need to book my tour?
As a rule of thumb, try to book at least 2 weeks prior to departure, this will usually get you a seat on the date you want. That being said, we cannot guarantee that spaces will be available at the time of your booking so, if you can, book as soon as possible. Bookings can still be made right up until the departure date of the tour if seats are available. If you know when you'd like to travel, please contact us and we will let you know if you need to book soon or if you have time.
If I make a deposit only, when will I need to pay the balance?
Balance on tours need to be paid at least 30 days prior to departure. Failure to do so could result is the cancellation of your seat with a fee charged. If you need more time to clear your balance then let us know ASAP and arrangements can be made.
Who travels with us
Is this tour for me?
Our tours are made up of small groups with a range of different ages, nationalities and backgrounds. Generally people who travel with us are between 20 and 49, though we also get alot passengers much older onboard - everyone is welcome! On tour we get equally as many males as females and everyone shares an enthusiasm for the out doors, nature, adventure and culture. Our tours are for those wanting to really explore and share the experience with likeminded travellers. Whether we are camping by a billabong in Kakadu National Park or sharing a cabin in Tasmania, our travellers want more than just a site seeing tour. They are chasing a hands on group experience. The trips are packed with many highlights and the pace can be fast. There may be some long drives and passengers should expect to help out when setting up camp or cooking food - this is a group adventure. However, there’s always time to chill out, have a cold beer ( or wine! ) and soak up your surroundings. As always, if in doubt then contact us directly with your concerns.
Cost and Fees
What does Paid Locally mean?
Some tours require you to pay national park fees directly, in cash, to the tour guide on the morning of departure. Rest assured this will be subtracted from the tour price when reserving your tour.
Will I need additional money?
Visitors are advised to bring some cash as ATMs and banks can be few and far between depending on where we are during the trip. Its handy to have some extra cash as we do stop by local shops and cafe.
Do I need to tip our guide?
If you had an amazing time on tour and wish to tip the guide, then that is completely up to you. However, tipping is not customary and is not at all expected.
Are there any hidden fees I need to know about?
Our tour prices are completely transparent. There are no additional fees involved that are not included in the overall tour price shown. If you wish to do optional activities such as helicopter rides or wildlife safaris, then an extra cost may be needed. However, this will always be made clear at the time of your booking.
Whilst on tour
What will the food be like?
Our emphasis is on fresh food wherever possible and our meals are nutritious and varied on these tours. If you are vegetarian or gluten intolerant we can cater for you, but if you have very specific dietary needs you may need to provide your own food, please discuss this at time of booking. For breakfast we supply cereals, fruits, toast, tea and coffee. Lunch is usually a self-serve picnic sandwich and salads; in the evening we have a cooked dinner - This can vary between pastas, bbqs, rices and other hearty food to keep you energized! We always carry water in the vehicle and you will often have the chance to buy your own drinks, ice-creams etc at stops. Please refer to each individual tour/package to establish which meals are included.
Can you cater of special diets?
We can certain cater for most dietary needs. Please advise us at the time of your booking so arrangements can be made. For travellers with more extreme diets we may ask that you bring along additional snacks.
Can I book extra accommodation for the start and end of the tour?
We know our country inside and out and would be happy to give you good recommodations. Please contact us for recommendations.

Such an amazing 3 days. Wade was the BEST tour guide. He was and attentive to everyone’s needs, friendly and chatty in the car and gave lots of great stories and advice, and lots of good fun playing games on the beach and singing along to songs in the car. The trip was incredible and we did so much and it was so communal. Everyone helped with dinner in the evenings and played games together.

My experience was absolutely amazing. Arty was my tour guide for the couple days and he made every moment worth it! I loved how he gave us the history about all the places we visited and i truly felt like I connected with the island, I never wanted to leave as the island itself is so beautiful, some of the best views i have ever seen in my entire life. Genuinely brought tears to my eyes, but what made it the most awesome experience was having Arty with us. Truly such a genuine, kind, fun human being. Thank you for everything and Arty always encouraged us to do everything on the tour as we may never be there again! forever grateful for him!

Rhett is the best tour guide you can have. Even though he is only a driver, he came on every excursion with us to tell us all about what we were looking at and all about the amazing nature you will see. He also provided a 2 hour live music entertainment on an evening where he got the corpus involved which was a lovely social activity when you have no service. The tour itself was well planned, taking you to all the major sights at the right times of the day., and I always felt safe both out and about and driving. The food was also good, it was nice to cook as a group on the evenings. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone thinking of visiting Fraser Island!

Had the best 3 days of our Australia trip so far - K’gari is incredible and definitely not to be missed! Driving around the island in the 4x4 is such a unique experience & great fun to have a go at yourself. Our guide Dave was amazing and kept us all feeling very safe on the driving. Dave also had great vibes in general when showing us around the island and looking after the group. Food was really nice throughout with good meals & lots of snacks. Camping was totally fine - was worried about spiders before going but we didn’t see too many and they mainly kept to themselves. Couldn’t recommend more - thanks for a fab few days!!

Did the 3 day tour as a solo traveler and I would highly recommend it regardless of whether you’re solo or with friends. The tour schedule provided a good balance of planned activities and free-time. The lakes, creeks, tidal pools, and rainforest trails that we visited were all stunning. An underrated part of this trip was how social and friendly everyone was (perhaps due to the lack of cell service on most of the island). I can’t remember the last time I saw that many young people so present and willing to interact - even with solo travelers like myself.
Our guide, Rhett was amazing from start to finish. He went way above and beyond to provide added value in the form of informative talks or fun facts about the diverse plants and animals on the island. He also created an environment where it was easy to have fun, whether it was setting up volleyball nets on the beach, or by putting on mini guitar concerts on both nights. He quickly resolved any minor hiccups with vehicles, camping setups, etc. He was a key reason why this tour will be a highlight of my trip, and something I’ll remember for a long time!
My only constructive criticism would be that there was a fair bit of leftover food which was thrown out immediately after each meal which was sad to see. Acknowledging that it is not easy to perfectly estimate how much 30 people will eat, it would be nice if there was bit more consideration given to minimizing food waste where possible.

Went on this experience so excited and it did not disappoint. From start to finish Rhett was absolutely amazing. So informative, passionate, caring and kept us all so in the loop, safe and entertained. The camp was very nice, so was the food. I had a very good time and would love to do this all again with Rhett as a leader. Rhett is also very talented as a musician and treated us to two nights of entertainment! We all truly loved our experience, which I cannot stress enough was made extra special by Rhett. He goes above and beyond. Loved it!

The dingo's Experience was amazing! Living for 3 days on Kgari, driving around in 4x4's, seeing the Dingo's and other australia wild live, camping life style with good food and lovely cozy evenings, campfire songs with marshmallows.
Our guide: Rhett was amazing! He made this trip even better! So knowledgeable! Felt like we where on adventure with someone from the Erwin family! Love his passion and enthusiasm. Great entertainer with his guitar and sing along songs. He let us al be part of the performance with all the instruments and good songs. kGari is beautiful, but the company made it even better. 100% recommend.

I did the 3-day Dingos tour and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The island is absolutely beautiful, and the itinerary was amazing with plenty of highlights.
A huge shoutout to our guide, Amy — she was fantastic! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip fun and stress-free. She really brought the group together and made the experience even more memorable.

Just finished the tour today, we had the most incredible experience from start to finish!
Our guide was called Rhett, he was absolutely brilliant, so informative about every location we went to and he took part in all of the activities we did which made it even better!
He was happy to answer any questions anyone had throughout the tour and was more than happy to help if anyone needed anything in camp.
He is also an incredible musician and on both nights put on a show for everyone in camp which was so fun!
The camp we stayed in was great, sleeping bags and pillow cases were provided for us.
The tents do get very hot at night so definitely pack clothes you won’t get too warm in.
All of our food was provided (breakfasts, lunches, dinners) and was really fun to be able to cook for our group in the camp in the evenings.
There is also plenty of opportunities to get extra food if you wanted throughout the day so definitely didn’t go hungry.
We had the best time with our group and met some new friends along the way as well, absolutely worth every penny and would experience it all over again in a heartbeat!

This trip was 10/10! I have done the same Fraser island trip a few years before and many tour groups up the East Coast and this was without a doubt the highlight and this was thanks to our incredible and knowledgable tour guide Rhett (fun facts were constant and we loved it)! Not only was he such a friendly guy he also provided some of the best entertainment I’ve ever seen with his Live music and guitar singing both nights, creating such a fun atmosphere honestly he’s a performer that you would want to pay to see at a concert lol so it made the trip! Thanks to everyone on our tour group all being so lovely and our incredible tour guide making this trip seamless and so much fun, food was great, the lakes were stunning and the entire trip was just so much fun and worth every penny! I will definitely be returning and advising everyone I know to do so again (& if possible you should absolutely request to be in Rhett’s group) until next time Kgari! Love you all ♥️
Ps. I am also terrified of spiders and it really wasn’t that bad. You only see them high up in the trees so don’t let that put you off.

We had such a good 2 night, 3 day tour with Wade at Dingos and couldn't recommend it and him enough. My group had the best time driving, dingo spotting and visiting so many of the lakes, creeks and champagne pools - even spotting dolphins up close whilst waiting for the ferry. Our second night massively made by having one of the guides up on the guitar having a great dingos party sing along!

Had an absolutely incredible three days on K’gari, made even better by our guide, Arty. Despite some pretty rough weather, he kept the laughter going the entire time and made sure everyone was having a great experience.
We managed to pack so much into just a few days—floating down Eli Creek, swimming in the crystal-clear waters of Lake McKenzie, soaking in the Champagne Pools, trekking out to Lake Wabby, and even attending the Maheno Anzac Day commemoration, which was a really special and memorable moment.
Arty’s enthusiasm, knowledge, and ability to keep spirits up no matter the conditions really made the trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a better way to experience such an amazing place.

Can’t compliment this experience enough! It was so well planned, we were looked after amazingly and the experience was made 5* by our trip leader Starry. He was so cool calm and collected and created immaculate vibes. We had some non confident drivers and he made everyone feel relaxed and was our biggest cheerleader. I don’t think our experience would have been the same. All our fun trips to the lakes, coffee stops, football on the beach really made this trip absolute paradise.
Then there was the food! We were catered for very generously and there was always more than enough food and snacks to go round. No one went hungry with the perfect quality of food. Allergies and dietary intolerances were considered to very carefully.
I feel very lucky to have had experienced this tour and very glad I got to do this with dingos I felt like a true VIP!

I had an absolutely brillant time visiting K’gari on the 3 Days Dingo Tour! It was easily one of the most memorable experiences of my trip and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the beautiful and remote locations that the island has to offer- Lake McKenzie was a firm favourite! I went with a group of four others and we were placed in the lead vehicle which allowed us to get to know our wonderful tour guide Tate! He truly made this time that much more special, and I can confidently say we never felt at risk with him behind the wheel despite challenging driving and weather conditions! We later found out that this was his first solo tour, which given his knowledge and passion was practically unbelievable! While this experience is expensive, it’s definitely a must do!

Went on the Dingo K’Gari Tour last weekend and it was class from start to finish. I was a solo traveller and couldn’t drive and had no issues making friends and still felt I got my moneys worth. We were very well fed (even as a vegetarian) so was full the whole trip and didn’t need to bring other snacks. There was lots to do and it was alround a great experience even with mediocre weather on the 2nd and 3rd day.
However I want to shout out Rhett our groups leads driver who made this trip probably the best tour I’ve done and is the reason I would recommend it to anyone. He’s not only just a genuinely nice sound and funny bloke but he has passion for the place that he shares with us and makes us feel. He’s extremely knowledgable on the island and the history (going back to the creation of man!) and has a knowledge of stars and the universe. He also is great fu, challenging us all to get the high score in a game of Tippy Tappy which lasted over an hour in the lake. And finally he goes above and beyond, the standout was his gigs both nights providing the evening entertainment, which got the whole camp singing and dancing and his joy, passion and energy was infectious.

Wow this tour had a bit of everything! Bizarre, unusual and heavily improvised due to the affects of a nearby cyclone, but equally, enticing, exciting and thrilling.
Right enough adjectives, we were incredibly fortunate to be one of the last ones to complete the tour as planned, subsequent tours were either shortened or cancelled entirely. We were able to see the gorgeous Lake Mckenzie on our good weather day and still covered the Emerald Pools and Eli creek. We even got a cheeky visit to the west of the island for a swim, usually off limits.
We were left to our own devices at camp but had everything we needed. The food I thought was very good, typically these tours are a bit tight with the food but no issue here, there was enough for seconds. I was heavily involved with the cooking leading to some grateful camp mates which was very rewarding.
One small gripe, certainly not enough to knock a star off was my lack of driving time. I was the only volunteer driver but in the lead car which meant I needed to swap with another car to drive, this didn't happen until the final day, the group I broke up were a little aggrieved (no one's fault) I'd taken a spot and requested to do a couple of driver swaps, this lead to me getting 10 minutes of driving whereas some people got hours. I felt like this issue could have been aleviated by simply doing more regular swaps earlier on.
However, this meant I was able to spend more time talking to our fantastic guide Jabba. He was insightful & richly knowledgable, I learned so much, the other passengers were grateful and likened our conversations to a podcast! 5* to you mate.

Honestly had the most amazing time on the most beautiful island with the best tour guide ever.
Rhett was so amazing - told us so much history about the island and aboriginals. He actually played live music on the first night which was such a wholesome, enjoyable atmosphere and brought everyone together dancing on the tables and singing along :). He also took us stargazing - Kgari had the clearest night sky I’ve ever seen - and again told us about all the constellations and more! (practically the whole history of the universe). Rhett is such a legend and made the tour impossible to fault.
The tour itself is also someyhing I’d recommend to anyone as you visit all the most beautiful, iconic spots on the island. 10/10 experience!!

We just completed our K’gari Island 3 Day Tour with Dingos and we had the best trip ever- definitely the highlight of our east coast trip! We had the amazing Hunter as our tour guide who supplied us with constant knowledge, humour and a volleyball for the beaches! He took us to some brilliant spots and you can tell he was genuinely passionate about what he was showing us. He seemed to be having as much fun as us!!! We had some unexpected car problems which he was so on the ball with and made us feel calm and happy. Regardless of these troubles, he made sure we still saw everything and even joined in with playing card games whilst we waited for a replacement car. The whole team seemed like they all loved their jobs and all helped us out when we were experiencing our troubles! Thank you again Hunter and we will definitely recommend both this tour and Hunter as a tour guide to anyone who asks!!!

We are just back from Fraser Island and we had a brilliant time, we had Hunter as our leader and he honestly made our experience.
Great experience and so much detail with Hunter and also made us feel so safe. Great experience great leader great time. Would highly recommend.

We had a great trip exploring Fraser Island driving the 4x4s and camping, we got to see all of the amazing sights that the island has to offer. We were really surprised by the quality of the food provided! Our guide for the trip was Hunter, if you can get him as your guide, do it! He was amazing, he put us all at ease throughout the whole trip and his energy and personality made us love every moment.

A truly amazing couple of days. Libby was a fantastic guide, she was knowledgeable, fun and a great laugh. We had a fantastic group, visited many of the Kgari attractions such as Lake McKenzie, Champagne Pools, Eli’s Creek & the tea tree lake. The camp was clean and a much better set up than expected, food and snacks was great which was a bonus. A couple of days off grid was the highlight of our trip to Aus. Thanks Libby!!

Just finished the fraser island 3 day tour and was definitely worth it!! we got to see so much of the island and had the best time. our tour guide Hunter was amazing from telling us facts about the island, making us all laughs and definitely made us all feel so safe on the island with all the safety briefs! the camp sight was very good with warm showers and flushing toilets and the food was sooo good!! defo recommend 5 stars for sure!!

What a great experience!! From swimming in the tea tree lakes, lazy river, lake mckenzie and the champagne pools to walking in the rain forestest learning about the aboriginal. The sites were spectacular! What made it better was the little attention to details: food-healthy good food filled me up for ages, tour guide- just amazing he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience... with all the information and facts told to us and tips and tricks with bush tukka facts, to top it off he was a legend played music and singing got the group connecting and just made sure we all was having the best time ever all thanks to Rhett!!! TOP LEGEND FOR SURE! you'll be extremely lucky if you have this guy as your tour guide.
It's important to listen to your tour guide for your safety and the health of the vehicles... just remember just because "it's someone's job and they get paid to do it" doesn't mean you can't help and be kind!

Absolutely Amazing tour! Libby our guide was faultless, activities were great fun, driving the vans was fab. Food was also way better than we were expecting, with really good quality butcher meat and delicious salads etc. I went with my husband and we are in our early 30’s. We thought there was a chance it would be too partyish for us. But that wasn’t the case, if you wanted to party you could go onto the beach and if you wanted to go to bed early, lots of people did that too! There was a real mix of ages. Plumbed in showers and toilets were a real bonus too.
Wouldn’t change a thing - if you are considering booking, do it you will love it!!

The trip is absolutely amazing! I had Hunter as my tour guide and he was brilliant, kept it lively and entertaining even through some unavoidable car troubles that he couldn't have prevented, he dealt with it in a professional yet reassuring manor and made sure that we did get to see everything and more!!! Hunter was very passionate about teaching us about the island making it the highlight of the trip!!! We saw everything the trip had to offer but Hunter also went out of his way to show us more such as Lake Birrabeen which is the sister lake to Lake Mckenzie, which was a lot more fun as it was quite and more peaceful!!!

We had the best time on our three day K’gari tour, and a very special shout out to our amazing tour guide Paul!! He completely made our trip, and couldn’t do enough for us to make sure we had the most amazing time and saw absolutely everything we could in the time we had.
Everything from the organisation, to the campsite to the food we had was amazing and we’ve made memories to last a lifetime!

The campsite, activities and food were really good. However, what made it stand out most was our guide Amy. She was an absolute legend and definitely the best tour guide we have ever had. She kept the craic going and and was super knowledgeable.

Would highly recommend booking kgari (Fraser island) through dingos! The experiences you get are incredible, I personally got to swim in multiple lakes and creeks, drive in the rainforest and on the beach, watch the sunrise, see luminescent jellyfish and plankton and also have the best camping experience with campfires and singing!
I was lucky enough to have Paul as my tour guide and I cannot thank him enough, he made the whole experience so amazing, also he checked my tent for insects when my tent mate left it open so thank you for that Paul haha. He also takes the best pictures and videos on the drone so if you can try and get in his group as it was great :)

Rhett is an amazing guide! He told our group so many information about K'gari, Australia and it's nature. In the evening he was the best entertainer at the campfire. We had a blast.
The tour was well organized except for the forming groups for the cars, which was a little bit chaotic. If you're in a group make sure you're in one car or at least in one convoy if you want to see each other during the trip!!
Also 8 people in a jeep is a lot, last row definitely not very comfortable even if you have short legs :-)
We visited lake Wabby and the sand dunes, lake McKenzie, the rainforest, Eli Creek and the shipwreck. No pinicals and we didn't see the massive tree in the rainforest!!!
Camping definitely was an experience- very hot, little bit uncomfortable because the of the bumpy underground...
Food was nice!
All in all a great experience with an even better guide!

Just finished an unreal tour of K’gari Island with the amazing Lee as our guide! He was so friendly, funny and knew so much about the island, he maintained everyone’s safety throughout our time. The campsite had everything we needed and was way more comfortable than I expected. The island itself is absolutely stunning- I really enjoyed Ely creak on the lazy river. This was such an experience! Our guide - Rhett - made the trip so much better. He was amazing and he learned us so many new things about the culture, wildlife, and many other things. He took us at star-watcing in the night and played guitar and sang at the fireplace.
If you are going on this tour you really need to get Rhett as your guide.
The three-day tag along was so worth it, we didnt stress through anything and really got the time to enjoy every stop.

This has to be one of the best experiences I'e had in Australia. We visited some great locations and had a great time driving the 4WD. Rhett made our experience 11/10 with the passion and knowledge he provided about the island, the history of Australia and how the indigenous people got there. We also ended up singing around the campfire with Rhett playing his guitar, and giving us an unreal story about the stars. Finally you can't forget the tippy tappy game where we beat the record (136 taps is to beat...)

Starry really made my experience memorable and incredible. It was awesome seeing the champagne pools, the old trees in the forest, Dingo’s, the algae lake but Starry really went over and beyond as a tour guide. Taking us to see the sunrise overlooking the shipwreck at 04:30 was so kind of him, alongside letting us see the same view at sunset too. I did a lot of filming with my drone so it was incredible footage to have and I could not be more appreciative. The campsite was great! Very clean, great vibe and facilities.
We had a car break down but the response team was so quick and efficient, we carried on with our activities ver quickly and in great Spirits. Reminder for anyone wanting to book this trip to get the car insurance as it’s super cheap, I think like £15!!
Food was great! So great! Wraps, with salami, chicken, ham, so much veg!! Awesome dinners too. Coolers to keep alcohol in. Anything you could think of, Dingo’s did. 10/10 experience and my favourite part of my East Coast trip so far. Thank you so much Starry.

A must do on the east coast, such a unique experience and it was great to disconnect from the world. The island is absolutely stunning & experience some great 4WD.
Camping at night isn’t the comfiest but no issues with staying warm or sleeping. Toilets & Showers at the camp grounds are basic but do the job.
Overall a fantastic experience & big shout out to Starry our guide for taking us to the best parts of the island has to offer & giving the trip class vibes

The best trip i’ve ever been on, stunning views, amazing experiences and we were really looked after, shout out to Dane our tour guide who provided amazing food, laughs and enough free time for us all to chill at each destination without feeling rushed. The camp was very outdoorsy and we had every meal included with snacks in between, bbq every night and marshmallows on the camp fire. We LOVED being able to take turns driving our own 4x4 with all our friends in the car, following Dane made us feel safe enough but with a little bit of freedom at the same time. Highly recommend star gazing at night on the beach just don’t forget your dingo sticks!!

Amazing, well organised trip. Decent campsite and no spiders seen in the tents! Dain was great at getting us from a to b and making us feel supported when driving. We were fed really well and were given ice buckets for our own alcohol which was nice. Only complaint was some of the boys played strip that down by Liam Payne on repeat until early morning hours on repeat every night right by the tents so we couldn’t sleep. Would have appreciated a speaker cut off time since the tents are so close to the kitchen speakers.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! I was told by friends prior who had previously done the trip that your guide really makes or breaks your experience and they weren’t wrong… Paul, our wonderful leader, was an absolute LEGEND. He is a credit to Dingo’s K’Gari Adventures! He made every single stop on the island buckets of fun, telling creative island stories, leading the group confidently and creating a really wholesome, relaxed and fun-loving culture! A particular highlight that really set our experience apart was that Paul brought a drone and got some awesome shots of the group, memories I will cherish forever! He really does go the extra mile to make sure you have a fantastic time, from getting up at 4am to take us to watch the sunrise at the shipwreck to escorting us to the beach to go star gazing at night, he really brings nothing but genuine passion and enthusiasm! Nothing is too much trouble and he struck just the right balance between fun and games and supporting those less confident behind the wheel when needed. He is honestly 10/10. Cannot recommend this tour enough!

We did the 3 day tour with Dain who was our tour guide. Dain was fab! He took us to the best spots and ensured we had everything we need at all times. He helped us with the vehicles when necessary and with anything on the camp he was always around to help. The camping wasn’t the best, the conditions are boiling so minimal clothing is necessary. It would be helpful to know this before ur there. We also slept on a mat on the floor so if you suffer with back/neck problems etc, you will struggle with the sleeping. The kitchen area was fine, food was fine. You also have to pay $2 to have ANY sort of shower. You can’t have a cold one for free. The toilets on our camp were absolutely horrendous.

We did the 3 day / 2 night tour which I would highly suggest over the 2 day tour. Much more relaxed and less rushed. We were very lucky with the tour guide we had. Big Shout out the Bob who was amazing! So informative, so much fun and provided great banter throughout the tour.
The Island itself was unforgettable, some amazing lakes, beach views and sand blow overs.
There is no signal at the home which is not a bad thing at all it was really nice to have a break from social media. Would recommend bringing a portable speaker with downloaded music & your own food/drink.
Cant speak highly enough of Bob I would say he made the tour what it was. We had a brief interaction with another guide and I could tell from his energy we would not have enjoyed ourselves nearly as much if we were with them.

I had the most incredible 3 days in K’gari on the dingos tour! Paul was such an amazing guide and created a very memorable experience. He took us to so many stunning locations, provided us with very interesting information about the island and its history and he was always so helpful, attentive and funny!
The camp was kept very clean and had toilets and hot showers. They were so accommodating for the fact that I was gluten free and the food was very good. l would highly recommend this tour and Paul!

We went to lots of incredible places and had such a good group, the food was lovely and I had lots of diet requirements which was catered to. Got to drive the 4x4 over some wicked terrain, just the best experience.
And a special mention to Starry I could not have asked for a better guide, he made the whole trip the incredible experience it was. I felt safe and comfortable with him he kept us well informed and made us feel like a family, it didn’t feel like a tour at all, an unforgettable memory!
Only thing that could have been a bit better is if they didn’t mix big tour groups in with solo backpackers, but luckily I met all the other solo travellers in my car. Book it !

Our time on the tour was great! Fraser Island is a magical place and driving around it in the 4-wheelers was a whole lot of fun! Cars are Nice. We got really delicious food all days. To mention some highlights there was nutella for breakfast and steak with sides for dinner! We had to cook it ourselves But it takes No time to do.
The groups are huge with 90 people in our entire group(and even more groups in the Camp itself), But each group were seperated into 4 cars with Around 7-8 people in each + a guide. It was cool meeting so many different people, But in the Camp it was too crowded and not enough space so people could sit with their group, which really sucked because you only get 3 days to know Them.
Another thing there was a bit suckish was the “matresses” in the tents. They were paperthin and felt like you were sleeping on the Ground. Otherwise there were pillows and sleepingbags provided.
The Camp was regulary cleaned.
We felt very well taken Care of by our guide Rhett. He was super knowledgable, energetic and kept the team spirit up by always coming up with something to do. Either gathering people for a game of ball by the lakes, taking a lot of people stargazing or simply playing guitar and starting a karaoke! He was 10/10!
In the end We had a great tour with Dingos and had some experinces We will not soon forget

The organisation of the trip on Fraser Island with Dingos was amazing. Dane and Wayne were amazing guides! They looked after us from the moment we met them to the moment we left. They kept radioing us to check we were all ok and regularly changed drivers to give everyone a fair chance to drive the 4x4’s. Special thanks to our guide Arty, who took care of us, gave us such an insight into the island history, anything he doesn't know about K'gari isn't worth knowing.

This tour was by far my favourite thing I’ve done while travelling the east coast. As someone who doesn’t like camping I was terrified of sleeping in a tent but it honestly was so fun! Our leader Starry was absolutely fantastic, he had a great sense of humour, gave us so much information about the island and made sure we were all having an amazing time while making us feel safe 24/7! I loved sitting round the campfire at night singing songs with everyone and having a drink on the beach watching the stars. We had an absolutely fantastic 3 days on Fraser Island. Our guide Dan was probably the best tour guide we have had. He was knowlegable, witty and got the balance just right with the group.
Driving the 4WDs was a lot of fun and the island itself is beautiful. We saw whales, dingos & lots of other wildlife.
The campsite is basic but the tour doesn't pretend to be something it's not. Cooking the food together created a great group atmosphere and there was plenty to go around.
We did think that the person who delivered the briefing was a bit patronising and focused only on all of the safety hazards without alluding to the itinerary/what we are going to get up to. But as soon as we set off with Dan, this was all forgotten & we truly had a special experience and met some lovely people.

It's been a great trip. We've visited and relaxed at two lakes, the ship wreck and other nice locations, camped in a fenced site, saw several Dingos and experienced the fun driving on (soft) sand. We also had a fun group and the great and chilled guide Starry.
One point for improvement would be the vegetarian food option, which was lacking diversity and amount (especially compared to the meat option).
Overall I'd definitely recommend taking the tour with Dingo's.

Just returned from the 3-day Dingo’s tour to Fraser Island and it was a blast! With the sun shining in the sky, music blasting through the speakers and our tour guide Dain on our side we explored the island. We saw a lot of wild life (dingo’s, whales, dolphins and sharks), watched the sunrise, swam in lakes and generally had a lot of fun with our whole group.

All the lakes and creeks are so beautiful and the camp was perfect. We caught the best sunrise, sunset and the most breathtaking night sky. We would recommend to anyone!! Best camping trip ever!

Firstly I need to say that this review is being written mainly because of how amazing our tour guide was. Starry, our guide for the 3 day excursion absolutely made the experience for me and many others. Starry was incredibly knowledgable of the island as well as just being great fun. Among this I’d like to say that the cleanliness of the camp was up to par, showers and toilets cleaned regularly and a nice kitchen area. We were lucky enough to sing camp fire songs and enjoy a few beverages. This is all before some of the amazing experiences that we were guided to. Beautiful lakes, an amazing beach day and meeting some really wonderful people are the memories I will hold forever. If I were to criticise anything it would just be the sand dune is a harder walk than I anticipated, but with that being said, it’s a small note compared to the positives. 10/10 dingos we loved every second. Another shout out to Starry for being such a brilliant guide

Our tour guide Brett was amazing! He is very knowledgeable and good humoured.
One afternoon we had some strangers in our camp area filming us without permission and cooking meat on the vegetarian BBQ. Brett handled the situation perfectly, asking the people to vacate our area and reassuring us that we and our property would be safe on the campsite.
I had the best three days and would recommend it to anyone. It could only be made better by having an actual mattress to sleep on instead of a yoga mat which means the picnic bench is a more comfortable sleeping spot than the tent.

The landscapes were breathtaking, with pristine beaches, lush rainforests, and stunning lakes. From start to finish, the experience was spectacular and made much better by our tour guide, Pete. His humour and personality made every moment enjoyable he had us laughing non-stop with his witty jokes. Pete is also the Australian Colin McRae and managed to navigate us around the island with ease helping not only us but other drivers who had become bogged.

Incredible few days spent with a great tour group. We had alot of fun driving through sand and forests to see all the highlights of K'Gari Island. Our superbly knowledgeable guide Peter was always on hand to give us the best experience by educating us about the region but also doing it with a glowing personality. The campsite was great fun in the evenings aswell, the 3 days flew by.

This tour had such an unique and special aspect to it, that it's hard to compare/compete with others. The driving on the beach was stunning and the spots along the way were beautiful, and they let you stay on each spot for quite some time to make the most out of it. The campsite was so much fun and there was so much to do, we saw the bright stars on the beach and played games all night long. The most amazing time! I had no idea what to expect on Frazer island and went into it pretty blindly but absolutely loved it. Experienced things that genuinely felt like a once in a lifetime opportunity. The views are just insane. We had Benny and Stary as our guides and they were great and so lovely, i felt very safe and cared for on the entire trip, they have the perfect balance of being professional and having good fun. Definitely would recommend doing the Frazer island tour and 100% with this company:)

We had the best time on k’gari island with Dingos, our tour guide Dan was brilliant we couldn’t have asked for better he was so knowledgeable about the island while also being friendly and outgoing. He took us to so many different parts of the island, a personal favourite being the sand dunes. There was a mix of solo travellers, couples and friends on the tour and everyone mixed really well. So much fun! Honestly, the best way to explore Fraser Island. I highly recommend Dingos as they are the only camp that allows fire and the fire was the best way to end the night. Also, they have hot shower (2$ for 5 mins) and flushed toliet.

Had a really great time on this trip, bonded with other travellers really closely.
There were a great mix of people from all over the world, all walks of life and we all enjoyed our experience.
Favourite moments had to be lake McKenzie and the SS Maheno.
I think three days is the perfect amount of time to get a good taste but I’d definitely go back.
Also, we were looked after very well by our guide, the lovely Mick.
I don’t have a picture of him but he looks just like Zach from the comedy trio Aunty Donna. (But with a better tan)

This is one of the most unique experiences you will ever have and definitely never forget. Everyone loved driving the cars and we all had the best time exploring the island.
Our tour guide (who’s name I can’t remember) was fantastic and was able to answer all our questions about the island, it’s wildlife and it’s past which we loved hearing! He was chill and had a laugh with us all.
We visited multiple different spots including lake McKenzie, eli creek, champagne pools and the shipwreck. There were another couple I can’t remember the names of and also the little village on our middle day when we could buy lunch/snacks from the shop and cafe. All meals are provided and were pretty decent.
I really do hate camping however, the campsite included proper toilets, showers and a full kitchen which for me made the experience much more pleasant which I understand not all of the tour companies on the island do! Everywhere seemed pretty clean which was also a bonus.
I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who has the opportunity to go and encourage doing it with Dingo’s.

I cant recommend Dingos Fraser Island tours enough. Had the best time on a 3 day 2 night Tag Along tour. Unlike some of the other campsites ours had hot showers and real toilets which is a massive plus. The food was great and our tour guide Benny was absolutely amazing. We went to all the best places and all those who could, got lots of time to drive and guided throughout. I would 100% recommend booking Dingos for your Fraser Island experience!

I was wrong and had the best time ever. Beaver our tour guide was one of the best people I’ve ever met, so positive without being cringey and so knowledgeable about the island but also chill and laid back. We had such a fun time exploring all the lakes and he was very reassuring when people felt bad for getting stuck in the sand.
I don’t see why they can’t provide pillows and swap out the pillow cases to wash along with the sleeping bags that are already done, but this didn’t ruin my experience and would recommend to anyone.

Loved my trip to Frazer island with Muzz & the gang! He's a such a good laugh, and really makes the trip. Driving around Fraser is alot of fun and you see some beautiful sights as you bump along the 'roads'.

I have just come back from the most incredible 3 days of my life that I am finding it hard to put it into words! To start off, the biggest shoutout to our guides, Jacob, Bretto and Gazza, I have never met such funny and fun people! They were so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to give us the best 3 days possible. We saw the most amazing parts of the Island and we had a great time in the cars and the driving was shared equally which was great! The food was amazing and really fresh which was needed! We got to see the most beautiful stars and a gorgeous view of the Milky Way! Jacob also showed us the Bioluminescence which was incredible. I have also come back not scared of spiders anymore!!

I really recommend the tour. The food is great, it super fun and you get to see a lot of the island. My only suggestion and heads-up (to the ladies) is don’t sleep with your guide. For some it’s a pattern and they’ve slept with a girl form almost every tour. At least wear protection.

I went on this tour through ultimate travel and we had Bretto as our tour guide. Bretto was brilliant; he was patient and funny.
We felt safe following him and his instructions. Seeing the dingos was awesome!
If you like the night sky and stars then you are in for a real treat. Due to there being no blaring street lights; you can see so many constellations!
The camping was good aswell (dress warmly if going in the winter months as it is freezing at night!).
The lakes are all worth going to and the ss mahano wreck. Eli creek is also really nice.
Overall an amazing experience and I can't wait to go back again whenever I am next in Australia!

Jeff our tour guide was absolutely great, told is loads about the island and did lots of driver changes so everyone got a good bit of driving in!
Campsite and food was great!
Only downside was the majority of the group was travelling in an organised tour which made it hard to for solo travellers or couples to integrate as a full group!
Saying that would 100% redo a tour with Dingos again!
Also if you are doing this stronger recommend at least one sunrise morning! Absolutely stunning!

Each tour stop is beautiful and different, mix of freshwater and sea swims, good food with each team cooking for eachother. Basic festival toilets and camping but bearable for 2 nights. We had a great time despite the rain! Jacob and Bretto you are class!!

Such a fun 3 days on Fraser. Didn’t have great weather but didn’t ruin it due to great people and amazing guides. Saw everything there is on Fraser, really fun driving the 4WD, and decent food! Special thanks for Bretto and Jacob our guides who were knowledgable, reassuring and hilarious!!

Fantastic tour, very well organised. Even though the weather was definetely not at it's bestz everyone had a great time. Our guide Bretto was amazing. And they were the best nights sleep everyone had had in a month! Only thing we could complain about is the instant coffee... Looking forward to joining you for a tour again soon!

I did the 3 days/2 nights tour and was an amazing experience. All the team is really professional and the facilities on the camp are great. Extra points for our guide, Benny, who was such a legend. We had heaps of fun but felt safe all the time and got to see a lot of Fraser’ secret. Would definitely recommend it!

Had a blast on this 3 day tour with our wonderful tour guide Geoff! Started off solo but accompanied by a lovely group we experienced a lot of wonderful things this island has to offer! Since there is no strict pre-set plan the guides work with you and (weather) conditions to optimalize the tour. A summary - Swimming in creeks/lakes, beach drives, spotting dingo’s, starry night drinks at the beach and getting some 4x4 experience !Special thanks to Geoff who was not only our guide but also great company to all. Working together he definitely made the best he could out of this trip and he did very well on that! Cheers!

This was my favourite few days I’ve had on my two month trip of the east coast of Australia. An incredible experience and the best run tour I’ve been on. Jeff our tour guide made the trip. He was so knowledgeable, laid back and acted more like a friend than a guide from the start which set the tone for the whole trip.
It may seem expensive but it’s worth every penny. A jam packed tour with super clean camp site and incredible food. 10/10.

This trip is amazing. We had so much fun and met incredible people. Our guide, Lee was so funny and knowledgeable.
Could have done with a bit more food to be honest. We ran out of salad for dinner one day, and breakfast wasn't great. But overall it was fantastic.

What an amazing tour! Myself and a group of friends done the dingos tour last week and they were so accommodating when it came to putting all 17 of us in the same tour. Our tour guide Jeff was an absolute legend who constantly had a smile on his face. His knowledge of the island is amazing and it was great to hear all the fact. Definitely recommend this tour

Our trip to Fraser Island was absolutely great! The 4WD experience was a highlight. We were taken to beautiful destinations over the three days, literally paradise. The food was delicious and they catered well for vegetarians, vegans and celiac people in our group. Pete was a great tour guide and knew everything you wanted to know about the island! He kept us all laughing the whole time. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

I highly recommend this tour to everybody! This definitely was one of the best parts during our 6 week trip along the east-coast of Australia.
Thank you Luke for being the best guide ever. I have never met such an inspiring person before and he created an epic group feeling BEFORE we even got to Fraser. I am pretty sure there are other amazing guides but he is the best.
Fraser Island is amazing as well. Never have I ever seen a place like this and it really deserves being called Paradise.

This was way more than just a tour, but an unforgettable adventure. From dancing with aboriginal people, to seeing baby turtles hatch and run down the beach, to driving in crazy conditions. The weather wasn’t great and it rained a lot but this only added to the experience and made it even more memorable. Geoff was our guide and he was amazing, he was so knowledgable about the island and made sure our safety and enjoyment were paramount. Would recommend to anyone!

If you are looking for an adventure this is the right tour! Me and my friend had so much fun! The tag along style really makes you feel like you are part of the tour and driving on the beach is so much fun! Lake Mc Kenzie is the most beautiful lake I have been to and the guide organised it well so our group had the space to our self. The atmosphere was great with only good people on the tour. The tour was well organised with enough time on every spot to fully take it in and enjoy. Lots of laughs in such unique surrounding. Dingos is a must on every East Coast tour!

We had a great time on Fraser Island.
Pick up front our accommodation and transfer to and from Fraser Island all worked perfectly.
The journey across the island and through the rain forest was very impressive. A rain forest on sand is quite something. The “go anywhere” capability of the bus was also mightily impressive.
We enjoyed the tour up the east side of the island. The option to take a flight over the island was an unexpected bonus and at $80 a head seemed good value for money compared with similar flights we’ve seen elsewhere.
We had a couple of encounters with young solitary wild dingoes which were magical. One of them just trotted up the path towards us without paying us any attention and then took a track off into the bush.
The only minor irritation was with the accommodation. I’d booked for 4 people: me and my wife, our son and his girlfriend. The resort had allocated us a room for 4 people. We paid extra to “upgrade” to two rooms. Looking at how rooms were allocated t other guests I got the impression that if I’d made two separate bookings each for one couple we’d have got two separate rooms at no extra cost.

I enjoyed the trip on Fraser Island! I wish I went on a warmer day so that I could’ve enjoyed the lake and creek more. It was quite windy and on/off raining all day. But we still had fun :)

This is a pleady Essay!!! I am not usually the type of person to write reviews.....theres better things to be doing like partying!!! So,, This is my only trip advisor review I have competed of my travels of the east coast.........This shows how unreal the 3 days was from start to finsh! It was about a month ago I was there but still buzzing from the experience.... obviously Fraser Island was beautiful....I intend to go back.... but the reason for the review is more so to rate all the staff involved (Touur guide Martin was fantastic!), to the places chosen to visit, to the accomodation and food and to the Cool Dingos bar where I was hammered both nights!!! If I was to think how to improve this trip I would suggest some group games on the first evening......I am a loud person and my group was fairly quiet (Im sure that this is not normally the case!).... it took a whle for our group to bond and liven up.... (the goon I suppied help this!)... I feel the group games would have helpd this along before the alcohol spilled out....I would also suggest on the first evening to have some challenges between each group/lodges to encourage everyone to the bar and different groups to mingle. Again, this happenned on my trip as i just chose to lodgecrash! Dont get me wrong the trip was unreal and all groups did mingle in the long run but this would have sped it up. The 4 x 4 self guided tour all camped on the beach and partied there allowing everyone to mingle.....the guided tour was slightly more segragated from this due to staying in the lodges and the option to the bar.....so encouragement to "mingle" from the beginning means more absolutely amazing time to party!!!! This trip is perfect for single people or people in groups..... and although I love the idea of driving a 4 x 4..... with Martin doing all the driving on this trip..... you just sit back relax, take in the lovely views and have a laugh with your group! No stress from driving..... (or getting stuck!) so more time to appreciate the beauties fraser island offers!!!

Lover itt, such a nice and beautifull place. I think the group and tour guide upped mily experience, you noticed my tour guide (Dave) really loved the island and enjoys driving and doing the group tour. He was very helpful and in my opinion did the extra step. So thankk you!! Other than that driving on the island is soo cooll. Funn and definitely worth a tripp.
