What happens if my flight gets delayed?

If you are starting your tour from Ayers Rock Airport, dont worry, your guide is in regular contact with operations. If your flight is delayed, we ask that you please;

• If possible, contact our freecall number and advise our team of your flight delay, this information will be passed on to your guide.
• If you’re only able to contact us after landing, that’s ok. Please call us when you land and let us know you have arrived.
• Please note, if your flight into Ayers Rock (Uluru) Airport is delayed significantly, we will come to pick you up as soon as we can. With longer delays, your tour bus might be busy with the rest of your group at Uluru Sunset and we'll try to pick you up afterwards. There may be times when we need to ask you to please be patient.
